Crazycat Gets Cosy: Check-in with Yourself

This Crazycat Gets Cosy session was the first one in today's new normal and it was the first time in over a year that we've held an in-person event. It's so easy to go through our days in a blur and get to the end and wonder what exactly happened. So we thought it would be a great opportunity to have women come together to simply check in with themselves.

Everyone who attended had never been to any of our past sessions before so most of them came feeling quite nervous but showed up for themselves anyway and eventually for the women around them in the safely-distanced circle!

In the end, one of the attendees shared with us that she felt the session was liberating and she didn't think she'd ever feel comfortable being vulnerable in a room full of strangers, but she was.

It was so incredible to see how other women could connect and resonate with each other. The energy in the room was raw and so beautiful and we hope we can continue to create a cycle of strength and confidence from one woman to another through future sessions!
