All prices stated in our store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
We currently accept Debit/Credit Card payment only.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer a flat courier fee of S$5.00 for local orders.
For international orders, please email us at info@hellocrazycat.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

For local orders, we ship via a private courier of our choice. International orders are shipped via DHL.

Local delivery will be scheduled within 2 - 5 working days after payment confirmation.
International orders are usually delivered within 21 days. Please send an email to info@hellocrazycat.com to get an overview of shipping times. We will respond within 24 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not offer returns. We offer exchanges only for:

• Defective item -
  Each product is throughly inspected before they are prepared for delivery. However if you believe you have received a defective item or had a wrong item shipped to you, please email us at info@hellocrazycat.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ within 21 days from the delivery date. We will respond within 24 hours. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition (unwashed, unaltered, with tag still attached).

• Sizing issues -
  If it isn’t the right fit and you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at info@hellocrazycat.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ within 21 days from the delivery date. We will respond within 24 hours. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition (unwashed, unaltered, with tag still attached).
  

If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
